Welcome to the Spring 2025 semester!
The College of Arts and Sciences Office of Academic Advising will assist students on a Drop-In basis (in-person and via Zoom platform) beginning on Tuesday, January 21st, through Thursday, January 30th.

Important note regarding transfer credits:
If you have transfer / dual credit from another institution or credit by exam (AP, IB, CLEP, etc), please review your Transfer Summary Report (TSR) by visiting the Transfer Credit Evaluation website to ensure that your record is complete and final. Your TSR will include important notes such as whether the Admissions Office is missing transcripts and or if additional information is needed like a course syllabus. Please know that AP credits are only viewable on your student record in Degree Navigator and will not be shown on your TSR.
After reviewing your TSR, if any updates are needed, please submit a Transfer Summary Report Update Request Form. Admissions will follow up via email once your request has been completed or if any further documentation is needed.
Note: In order for advisors to accurately advise you, all your transfer credits need to be updated on your Rutgers record. In addition, missing coursework from your record may prevent you from being able to register for some courses for the upcoming semester.
