Important Information
- Degree Navigator is a flexible Degree audit and academic advising system for undergraduate programs. You and your advisor can work together to manage your general and major requirements. It is a secure site and accessible around the clock.
- Curriculum worksheets are also available for all majors.
- College Catalog explains all rules and regulations. All students are responsible for becoming aware of its contents.
- All major departments have websites with information on their faculty, courses and majors.
- Academic Calendar
Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors
- Undecided, pre-business, pre-engineering, pre-nursing majors see Office of Academic Advising for assistance with course selection in November and April.
Students with majors see faculty advisors in major departments. - Advance Registration occurs in November for the Spring semester and April for the Fall semester. All students are encouraged to select their classes at these times to guarantee the best selection.

Seniors
- Important! Read the Senior web page.
- Senior Reviews are sent to all seniors in August. Students are encouraged to meet with their faculty advisors in early fall to plan their last one or two semesters. Degree Navigator should be used to review General and major requirements. Questions about General Requirements may be directed to the Office of Academic Advising. Senior Review Seminars are scheduled in October.

12:10-1:10 p.m. - Graduation Requirements:
- Earn a minimum of 30 of the final 42 credits as a regularly enrolled undergraduate at Rutgers-Camden including at least 12 credits in the major.
- Complete at least 120 credits with a cumulative average of 2.0 or better.
- Fulfill all basic requirements of the college (General Curricular Requirements).
Fulfill the specific requirements of a major program. - Applying to graduate: To be considered for graduation, senior must submit a diploma application to the Office of Academic Advising along with a short report from Degree Navigator (general and major requirements) which has been signed by a faculty advisor.
- Graduation Application Periods:
- September 4 – October 1 for January dated diploma
- January 2-February 15 for May dated diploma
- June 1 – August 1 for an October dated diploma
