Whom to see for what
- Students who have not yet declared a major should see one of the Arts and Sciences academic advisors (Assistant Dean Nancy Gulick, Assistant Dean Jennifer Thiel and Assistant Dean Danyelle Thurman); their offices are located on the second floor of Armitage Hall and appointments can be made by calling 856-225-6043.
- Students in the Honors College should see Associate Director Robert Emmons in Robeson Library 296, 856-225-6670, for advice on Honors College and General Requirements.
- Students who have declared a major should see a faculty advisor in their major department.
- Students with disabilities should contact Associate Dean Nathan Levinson, in the School of Business (phone: 856-225-6219).
- International students should contact Assistant Dean Danyelle Thurman (856-225-6043).
- Students who have questions about general academic matters, such as changing their major, may make an appointment to see Assistant Dean Nancy Gulick or Assistant Dean Danyelle Thurman by calling 856-225-6043.
- Students interested in the Teacher Preparation Program should first refer to its website for information. The program holds information sessions from time to time, so students should consult with the program office for further information. Once a student has met the requirements for admissions to the program, s/he should make an appointment with the program staff by calling the program secretary at 856-225-2351.
- Students interested in going on to medical or veterinary school should meet with Jim Marino, Director of the Career Center, who serves as the pre-med advisor (jmarino@camden.rutgers.edu; 856-225-6048). Mr. Marino is also the point of contact for students in the BA/DO dual degree program.
- Students interested in going on to law school should meet with Professor Alan Tarr, who serves as the pre-law advisor. Dr. Tarr and Dr. Allen Woll can provide information to students about the BA/JD dual degree program.
